This is the hand-held vortex generator that blasts opponents with perfectly formed fog rings up to 20' away. Capable of forming rings as large as 20" in diameter, the launcher gently heats a small amount of non-toxic water-based solution which fills the barrel with fog. A trigger ejects the fog from the barrel, forming a donut-shaped fog ring that not only moves forward but also circulates onto itself until gently striking a target with a harmless puff of air. Built-in speed control makes fast-moving rings that envelop a target within seconds and slow-moving rings that can be experimented with by passing an object through the open hole.
