With seven built-in treatments, this is the patented exerciser that stretches, strengthens, and massages the entire foot to help improve balance and alleviate pain. While its textured massaging ball helps knead away fatigue and relieve the painful symptoms of plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis, the exerciser’s other components help prevent these conditions in the first place. Standing on the inclined platform builds strength and reduces tightness in the calf, heel, and sole of the foot, while curling the toes around or pulling up on the exerciser’s resistance bands works muscles along the top and bottom of the feet, including the critical flexor muscles that provide stability.
