Using a free smartphone app, it can navigate a path, patrol an area, follow custom directions, and identify comrades and rebels through facial recognition. It issues verbal warnings and responds to commands using an integrated speaker and has a built-in camera on its helmet that provides first-person viewing. Robotic servos enable it to march and perform other life-like movements and an infrared sensor detects stairs and furniture edges.
