The Glow In The Dark Helicopter

This is the remote controlled helicopter that glows in the dark, allowing nocturnal flights. The 1:64-scale chopper's two contra-rotating coaxial rotors, tail rotor, and canopy are made from phosphorescent plastic that requires brief exposure to light for 30 minutes of illumination during night flights or in darkened interiors. Its twin rotors use gyroscopic inertia to keep the copter balanced for precise 360º left and right movement up to a range of 30'. Its tail rotor allows nimble up and down movement as well as pitch control for forward and backward movement. The three channel remote allows three helicopters to be operated at the same time. The included rechargeable lithium battery enables flights up to eight minutes and recharges easily from its charging base in 30 minutes, which requires six AA batteries.
