Advanced motion-sensing technology makes this the most lifelike electronic golf game available, precisely measuring a players swing and translating it into realistic power and control on an 18-hole television screen course. Once the sensor unit is plugged into a TV and placed on the floor, players use the included club to drive or putt over the sensor. The sensor monitors LED light reflection from the bottom of the club using a complimentary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) camera that records club movement and relays it to the television screen where shots behave as they would on a real outdoor course. The on-screen ball responds with lifelike physics, and players must navigate a challenging 18-hole course complete with bunkers, water hazards, and rough. The unit also includes mini-games such as the Par 3 Challenge, a target range, and putting green, as well as three play modes: Round, Match, and Tournament, plus a driving range to fine tune skills.
