Its container is filled with a fresh batch of tightly packed guacamole and covered with its lid which locks with three tabs. The 24-oz. container is placed on an elevator and pushed down, which squeezes out all the air. The lid’s topmost tab is closed to create an airtight seal, allowing the batch to be placed in a refrigerator (takes up 3 1/2" H x 4 3/4"-diam. shelf space), where it remains fresh and green for up to two days.
