This is the handheld star finder that enables you to quickly locate and identify 1,500 stars and 70 constellations in the night sky. A clear microfiche insert, imprinted with a computer-generated star map, snaps in behind the scope’s front lens. By adjusting the settings to the correct date, time, and latitude, then peering through the transparent map, you can easily discover a variety of stars and constellations by name. With four latitude adapters for accuracy between 20° and 60° North or South latitude. Includes star maps for the Northern and Southern hemisphere. 6" L x 2" Diam. (8 oz.)
