Product Story
This is the buffet server that keeps up to two quarts of food chilled for hours, allowing you to keep appetizers at optimal temperatures without constantly adding fresh ice. Using quiet, thermoelectric cooling and heating technology, the unit can cool as low as 44° F for previously chilled shrimp or crudités and warm as high as 134° F for fully-cooked foods such as crabcakes or Swedish meatballs. Its temperature is adjusted with a simple button control, and is displayed on an LCD. Made entirely of food-grade 18/8 stainless steel with a clear polycarbonate cover, the server's removable, non-stick tray is oven- and refrigerator-safe for food preparation and storage.
