This 650 fill-power European down comforter is 15% lighter than traditional comforters, allowing comfortable year-round use. The fill power retains warmth while allowing some air to escape, preventing a stifling sleeping environment. Unlike lesser comforters stuffed with small down clusters from immature waterfowl, this comforter is filled with large down plumules from fully-grown European geese, ensuring superior softness, loft, and breathability. Each ounce of down has nearly two million fluffy filaments that interlock and overlap to allow the down to achieve its fullest loft. The down is pre-washed in 140º F water to kill dust mites, resulting in a 100% hypoallergenic comforter.
