This is the outdoor version of the classic game Operation that challenges palyers to rid Sam the patient of his ailments while avoiding a soaking. A timer in Sam's nose activates the game's built-in sprinkler system (when hooked to a garden hose) that squirts water in random intervals in all directions. Players attempt to remove Sam's five ailments one at a time — with the giant pair of tweezers just like the original game — before time runs out while evading random squirts of water. 45" L x 25" W.
