Unlike traditional alarm clocks with limited audio options and a weak single speaker, this compact and portable unit is equipped with two powerful, fold-out neodymium Reson8 speakers and a built-in charging base for any docking iPod or iPod Shuffle. The lightweight device weighs only three pounds, and is easily carried in a suitcase or overnight bag safely tucked inside its own carrying case. Your iPod can be played while charging, and the alarm includes a setting to wake you with a pre-selected song. The unit also has an alarm buzzer, and snooze setting, and includes a remote control that accesses the iPod functions. A built-in auxiliary port allows connection with non-docking iPods, CD players, or other audio devices, such as a portable satellite radio unit.
