This artisanal selection includes a full pound of ready-to-cook banger sausages made with prime cuts of succulent pork stuffed into natural casings. The bangers are accompanied by a half pound of hand-trimmed and dry-cured back bacon from pork loin, resulting in a leaner cut than typical bacon. Also included are 12 oz. each of rich black pudding sausage and perfectly seasoned white pudding sausage to round out your breakfast plate. All of the meats are free of MSG, nitrates, and nitrites.
