Handcrafted in Marche, Italy, this is the outdoor wood-burning oven that's ready to cook in 15 minutes. Unlike typical wood burning ovens that require hours of preheating, this superior oven's entire cooking chamber is insulated with basalt, a dense, volcanic rock that retains 10X more heat than the clay or brick used in traditional ovens. The oven heats up to 800° F and the domed cooking chamber creates natural convection that circulates heat evenly, allowing you to cook Neapolitan-style pizza in three minutes. The oven has an electrogalvanized powder-coated steel roof that reduces heat loss, stainless-steel cooking chamber, cart, chimney, and door, and all parts are assembled with solid-state welding, providing superior strength and durability for years of reliable use. The 4.8 cubic foot cooking chamber easily accommodates firewood and two pizzas or a 5-lb. prime rib roast, and a thermometer mounted on the exterior of the oven allows cooks to monitor cooking temperature.
