The chiller rotates the bottle (can be switched off for delicate vintages) to evenly cool a cabernet to 60° F in one minute, a rich Chardonnay to 50° F in 3 1/2 minutes, and a crisp Pinot Grigio to a frosty 41° F in six minutes.
