These are the stollen bites made from Schlunder, a German-based bakery with over 200 years of creating delicious seasonal treats. A German holiday favorite since the Middle Ages stollen is a classic treat made with a luscious dough. These bite-size versions of the traditional Christmas dessert come in three seasonal flavors: apple, almond, and marzipan. The apple stollen contains a 30% baked apple and raisins filling, the almond stollen has a 40% almonds-marzipan filling (without raisins), and the marzipan stollen has a 40% marzipan filling with raisins. A festive complement to breakfast, brunch, or afternoon tea, each piece of stollen is sprinkled with confectioners’ sugar.
