This is the self-draining carving board that collects excess juices in a tiny pool for infusing meat slices or veggies before serving. It’s constructed from sturdy Acacia wood that is renowned for its durability and is naturally water-, bacteria-, and mold-resistant. Left alone, the Acacia wood will develop a unique silvery gray patina, or it may be oiled to retain its original appearance.
