Its four powerful massage nodes rotate clockwise (or automatically reverse every minute) to help knead stubborn knots, loosen tense muscles, and improve circulation in the lumbar region. An included foam pad can be placed over the shiatsu nodes for a gentler massage. Heat and massage can be used together or independently and are set via an integrated control panel.
