The Small Scat Mat

The vinyl mat pulses for three seconds when stepped upon, giving animals a static shock that discourages them from returning to the spot. The shock transmits firm but harmless feedback through tough pet paws (keep softer human fingers and hands away), and soon your pet will cease visiting areas you deem off-limits.
