This is the electric crisper that preserves the crunch of crackers, pretzels, chips, cereals, and nuts. Ideal for humid environments, such as seaside cottages, lake houses, or tropical condominiums, it provides essential storage for dry, crispy foods. Unlike a breadbox for soft-baked goods, the crisper keeps snacks from becoming stale or soggy while reducing the clutter of opened bags and boxes on a countertop. Its 20-watt element heats the interior's insulated aluminum floor to 120º F which keeps the inside air in the high-90s, removing humidity and creating the optimal conditions for keeping croutons or popcorn crispy and fresh.
