Product Story
This three-light carriage lamppost does not require complicated wiring, it simply stakes into the ground, and provides energy-efficient, bright light. A larger version of the Best Solar-Powered Walkway Light (visit hammacher.com and search for 74160), the carriage lamppost has three discreet solar panels that recharge the Ni-Cad batteries during the daytime, while a built-in photo sensor automatically turns on the lights at dusk. Each light has two high-output LEDs housed in a durable 100% stainless steel rust-free frame with a clear, high-impact lens. The LEDs generate 6.8 watts of ambient light that lasts up to 13 hours. The nearly 7'-tall carriage lamppost can be staked into soil or permanently affixed to concrete (hardware included). 79 " H x 18 1/4" D. (16 lbs.)
