Unlike typical convection microwaves that require complicated conversions of cooking times, this unit has a half-time mode that only requires you to divide a recipes suggested cooking time in half, while the complete meal mode allows you to cook a 6-lb. whole chicken, potatoes, and vegetables at once. Three cooking modes ("half-time,(" ("complete meal,(" and ("convection(") adjust from 150° F to 450° F at the touch of a button and use 1,800 watts of convection and microwave energy simultaneously, or the unit operates using only the 1,000-watt microwave.
