The Weight Supporting Physical Therapy Gym

This is the patented fitness apparatus that helps you maintain your balance while performing low impact or physical therapy exercises. Unlike common exercise equipment that employ heavy weights and/or offer little-to-no structured support, this unit uses a system of elastic bands to provide a weight- and worry-free workout. The additional support allows you to engage in various exercises including push-ups, running in place, twists, squats, lunges, and pull ups (using the included rings) while keeping your posture aligned, balance centered, and the correct muscle groups engaged. It attaches to a pull-up bar with the included straps or installs on a door with built-in door anchors. Supports up to 275 lbs.
