This is the colossal 6' version of the Oppenheim Award-winning Uglydoll famous for providing an idiosyncratic twist on stuffed animals. Only available at Hammacher Schlemmer, this massive stuffed plush is made of the same felt body as its smaller cousins, complete with traditional hand-stitched features, and it is signed by designer David Horvath. The amusingly absurd Uglydolls began in 2001 as nothing more than doodles Horvath left on love letters to his future wife, Sun-Min Kim. Kim turned one of the doodles into a tangible stuffed critter, thus spawning a whole new species of eccentric, snaggle-fanged creatures renowned for their impish behavior. This odd fellow goes by the handle OX, as evinced by his unusual eyes. Famous for hugging with his ears, (something that is far easier for children to act out with this oversized version) OX is described as being "great at magic, and his best trick is turning your stuff into his stuff."
