Unlike other coffee presses that force grounds to the bottom where excess acid from the coffee beans are released as they remain in the hot water, this coffee press lifts grounds to the top by using a mesh filter, locking them in place and separating them from the brew, resulting in a flavorable cup of coffee without excess acid or residue. The 32 oz. capacity press has a locking lid and is made of tempered glass with a satin metal finish. Dishwasher safe. Coffee scoop and CD included. 4 1/4" W x 9 3/4" H. (8 lbs.)
