Imported from Ireland, this sweater is made with yarn that comes from one of the most prized breeds of sheep in the world, the Blueface, found only in areas of Northern England, Scotland, and Wales. Often likened to cashmere, its fine fleece also grows very densely to ward off the chill of its native climate, and it is described by wool merchants as having a very soft "handle," or feel to the touch. Our Blueface sweater is knit and hand-finished in Ireland with a handsome cable pattern along its front, back, and sleeves. With a relaxed fit, crew neck style. Brown with medium blue highlights.
