The rotisserie has four heating elements--one integrated into the rotisserie spit and three on the interior wall--that combine to cook a 3-lb. whole chicken in only 30 minutes. The radiant heat adjusts from 250º F to 425º F to cook roasts, whole chickens, or turkey breasts until they are crisp and golden-brown on the outside and moist and tender inside. The device accommodates up to 8-lb. roasts and comes with six skewers for cooking kabobs and a meat hook for removing food from the rotisserie. A digital control panel enables simple selection of the temperature and cooking time, a glass panel allows you to monitor cooking progress, and the non-stick interior and drip pan are easy to clean.
