These are the lady’s backstrap strap sandals that help combat the effects of plantar fasciitis with a built-in, podiatrist-designed stabilizing orthotic footbed that realigns feet to a neutral position. The wide, deep heel cups are molded into the sandals’ comfortably soft microfiber-covered EVA footbeds, providing control and stability for the heel, promoting smooth transition during the propulsive phase of gait, and dispersing pressure from the ball of the foot—all while aligning the feet to reduce and control excessive pronation, a determining factor in the development of plantar fasciitis. The flexible leather uppers secure the feet over the toes, on top of the foot, and the around heel with two buckled straps. The resilient TPR outsoles grips surfaces with a slip-resistant pattern.
