This is the refractor style telescope that that lets you safely view a magnified image of the sun or an eclipse.The dual lens non-removable glass solar filters fully meet the ISO 12312-2 standard for safe viewing of the sun when used in accordance with the included instructions. Combined with the solar filters, the 50mm objective lens and porro prism system provide high-contrast 18X images of the solar disk and the entire sun in natural color with complete safety. Comes with one 20mm eyepiece, a hybrid star diagonal for a more comfortable viewing angle, and a permanently attached sol 35 1/2" W x 15"D. (3 1/2 lbs.)
