The carrier begins life in dry dock on a table or floor using a detailed instruction guide that instructs young admirals how to snap the kit’s 3,016 colored pieces together to form the streamlined hull, overhanging deck, and island. Ideal for projecting one’s power into sibling territories or defending established gains, the kit includes nine jet aircraft, supported by an ammunition truck that holds different types of ordnance that snap under the wings of each jet. Deck details include a ski-slope ramp for speedier take-offs, working jet blast deflectors, and point defense weaponry bristling from port and starboard sides. The carrier's island features communications antennas and a rotating radar. When a pilot needs to eject, a helicopter and speedboat (with its own deployment lift) perform rescue missions.
