The carbon-fiber main mast and tear-resistant Mylar sails withstand wind gusts up to 23 mph, while the authentic rigging scheme and fully-proportional, metal-geared sail winch servo allow trim changes of sail for close reach, broad reach, or running with the wind. The keel and the deep-water rudder ensure pre cisely controlled headings during voyages, the keel lead's plastic covering protects the instrument from contact with underwater debris, and the on-board radio compartment has a watertight, double seal. The keel, mast, rudder, and rigging remove for ease of travel, the dual-channel remote allows for races with another yacht, and the remote has a range of 1,500 feet. Includes wooden boat stand.
