The 7' Shimmering Fiber Optic Spruce

This is the 7' tree with fiber optic needles that produce a shimmering light when reflected off its lush, full boughs. Only available from Hammacher Schlemmer, the tree’s 1,010 PE/PVC fiber optic tips seamlessly change color to produce red, green, blue, yellow, and white shimmering light with slow/fast flashing, fading, or steady on options, fed by a revolving halogen lamp housed in the 16"-diam. base. The 2-ply fiber optic strands are tucked among lifelike spruce branch tips that recreate the lush greenery of the classic evergreen with split ends similar in shape to a frayed bottle brush, imparting a feathered, soft texture not unlike cashmere. Predecorated with 32 pine cones and 31 red berry clusters, the boughs are sturdy enough for additional ornaments, and each branch can be shaped into a random, treelike pattern.
