This is the playset that converts from a Boeing 747 jumbo jet into a complete miniature airport. As the classic airliner, the jet “flies” in the hands of a child imagining flights between a bedroom and living room. After “landing”, the aircraft’s nose pivots aside and the fuselage opens to reveal a fully operational airport, complete with a fueling station, maintenance area with working cranes, and a passenger terminal. The former aircraft’s wings serve as a runway for the included diecast metal 3 1/2" 747 while two ramps provide access to the facility’s interior by the included 3" airport utility car.
