The 86 Degree Solar Heated Outdoor Shower

This outdoor shower harnesses the sun's energy to warm water from a garden hose to a soothing 86° F, providing a refreshing cascade of water for rinsing off chlorine, sunscreen, or dirt. The shower's base acts as a greenhouse to heat hose water; sunlight penetrates the transparent lid and the trapped solar radiation heats the water as it courses through the internal collection tube. It produces 16 gallons of warm water after two hours of sunlight exposure, allowing up to 8 consecutive two-minute showers. Turning the dial on the shower pole combines cool hose water with the heated water, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature. Unlike other units that require complicated, permanent installation, this one assembles in minutes, sets up anywhere in your yard, and is lightweight for ease of portability. At more than 6' 6" high, the shower allows tall bathers to wash without stooping. The showerhead delivers up to 9 psi, ample pressure for rinsing off stubborn soil after an afternoon spent toiling in the garden. 78 1/3" H x 23" W x 23" L. (9 lbs.)
