This game set combines the fun of a board game with the unique tactile experience of excavating "artifacts" entombed in a hard plaster block. The games challenge children to unearth Egyptian relics or buried pirate treasure, then use the discovered tokens as pieces for the included board games. An included digging tool allows children to excavate like real archaeologists, gently scraping the non-toxic plaster block until each jewel, coin and relic is freed (up to 13 items in each block). There's even a fine brush to gently clean pieces of plaster dust just like professional field scientists do. Each game includes a map, dice, and instructions.
