This is the pocket camcorder that captures studio-quality audio while it records high-definition video. Its dual condenser microphones record 24-bit/96 kHz audio in linear Pulse Code Modulation (PCM), an uncompressed WAV format that re-creates the rich sound of live performances with higher fidelity than commercial CDs. The camera's 5.3 megapixel CMOS sensor records up to 1080p video at 30 fps in MPEG4 format. A 2" color LCD screen and LCD audio meter let you monitor video and sound simultaneously. The camcorder has 4X digital zoom, as well as four special effect filters. It records onto SD/SDHC cards up to 32 GB that hold up to 4 hours of HD footage (the included 2 GB card stores 15 minutes) and downloads content to a computer via the included USB cable.
