This is the kit from Munich, Germany, that brews 1.32 gallons of authentic Bavarian lager. It takes only 15 minutes to prepare the beer using tap water and the pre-measured yeast, hops, and malt. After a five-day fermentation at room temperature and a two-day conditioning in a refrigerator (requires a 10/1/2"-high x 7"-diam. shelf space), the result is a mild, malty Helles with a refreshing, hoppy note that isn’t overly bitter. Glass not included. (3 1/2 lbs.)
