These are the Christmas tree-shaped sugar cookies crafted using the same time-tested techniques passed down for centuries by Moravian bakers. Produced in a North Carolina bakery founded by in the 1930s, the cookie dough is rolled until it is whisper-thin, then baked slowly to create an indulgent treat with a light, crispy texture. Each cookie is cut into a festive tree shape to capture the spirit of the season, enrobed in rich artisanal milk chocolate, and topped with crushed peppermint candy canes that suggest a dusting of snow. Presented in a festive red gift box that’s attractive enough to be a keepsake of its own. Approximately 20 individually wrapped cookies per box. 9 1/2" L x 7" W x 2" D. (10 oz.)
