This is the authentic paella kit made in Spain that feeds up to four people. Made by a company that has been selling paella products for over 100 years, the kit includes a polished 13"-diameter steel paella pan, a vial of extra virgin olive oil, paella seasoning mix, and—unlike lower grades of rice offered elsewhere—bomba rice. Bomba rice is the preferred rice used in Spain for paella, sought for its superior broth absorption rate (up to 30% more than regular rice). The seasoning packet infuses the paella with saffron, while your own ingredients — meat, vegetables, fish, or shellfish — complement the final dish. See Restriction tab.
