This is the at home beer brewing system that makes fermented, carbonated craft beer in as little as one week. It provides all of the tools, ingredients, and easy-to-follow instruction to make a mini keg (1.32 gallons) of home-brewed craft beer. Using ingredient packs (sold separately) containing pre-measured grains, hops, and yeast, one can brew IPAs, ales, stouts, porters, and even create a custom recipe online and have it shipped. The unit brews beer that is ready to enjoy in 10-14 days using standard fermenting or 5-7 days using fast fermentation. It enables one to adjust the alcohol content and bitterness level of each brew and has a built-in steam cleaning feature. With removable dishwasher safe components.
