Winner of multiple honors including an award from Germany’s Stiftung Warentest, this is the authentic Bavarian stollen made by hand using a nearly 200-year-old family recipe. Each sweet yeast loaf is made with a decadent dough comprised of 20 percent butter, folded into a log shape, and baked with generous amounts of rum-soaked raisins and dried fruit. The cooled loaves are then dipped into melted butter and granulated sugar and finished with a dusting of confectioners’ sugar.
