The Award Winning Cheese Torta Trio

Winner of 44 global awards, this trio of cheese tortas is balanced with tempting toppings that make the perfect companion to gourmet crackers and crusty bread. The tortas are crafted by Rising Sun Farms, an SQF3-certified producer (the highest standard attainable) located near the Western Cascades of Oregon who only uses ingredients that are free of preservatives, artificial colors, additives, trans fats, and gluten. The cheese is layered with the freshest herbs, spices, fruits, and nuts to create each torta’s signature flavor and texture. Pesto Torta consists of cream cheese, aged Parmesan and garlic/basil pesto finished with dried tomatoes. Cranberry Gorgonzola is finished with hazelnuts and dried cranberries for the perfect soft, crunchy texture.
