Winner of Parents magazine’s Best Toy Award, this is the drill and design set that lights up when it senses sound or music. Children create colored patterns on the 9" square board using a bi-directional plastic drill and 80 colored bolts. Two included bits—socket and flathead—work with every bolt and attach to the front of the drill to simulate the experience of using a real power tool. The drill board houses 12 LEDs in its interior that can be set to remain constantly lit or to illuminate in synchronization to the beat of sound—creating a glowing light show when listening to music or singing that keeps kids engaged. The included book provides 12 patterns to replicate—using bolts of all six colors (green, blue, yellow, orange, pink, and black).
