Product Story
Winner of a Red Dot Design Award, this is the nutcracker that uses spring-loaded kinetics to open nuts. The nutcracker’s 2"-diam. weighted stainless steel base secures a nut, over which the spring is placed and held down with the thumb and forefinger. A second hand raises the spring’s plunger 8-12" from a tabletop or other hard, non-scratch surface. Releasing the plunger slings the spring’s striker down onto a dried nut with sufficient force for a clean crack. 4" H x 3 1/2" W x 2 1/2" D. (6 oz.)
