Product Story
This exercise blade rapidly contracts muscles up to 270 times per minute to provide a full body workout. Designed by a physical therapist for rehabilitation, performance training, and fitness exercises, it requires only a minimal range of motion to target and tone any muscle group. A quick push and pull of the blade flexes the unit back and forth, providing progressive resistance for working upper body muscles such as pecs, abs, triceps, and biceps, and lower body muscles including quads and glutes. Comes with workout DVDs and a wall chart. 48" L. (1 1/2 lbs.)
