Product Story
This is the handcrafted pendant cast in bronze with a hand patina finish and accented with three freshwater pearls, long a symbol of new life, family, and hope for a promising future. Created in a process similar to the ancient art of lost-wax casting, after using a mold formed around an actual botanical element, such as a leaf or branch, the artist carefully applies targeted heat that burns the plant matter away and leaves behind a detailed mold. Designed by renowned New York artist Michael Michaud, whose work is shown in preeminent museums around the world, including the National Gallery of Art and the Château de Versailles. Handcrafted in the U.S. Pendant 1 1/2" L with 18" adjustable brass chain.
