The oven bakes with or without convection or broils and heats from 250º F to 450º F to gently toast bread or sear steaks with a restaurant-worthy crust. The oven also has two removable racks that both accommodate a 12" x 12" baking pan and adjust to three different heights. It has a digital control panel and sets up unobtrusively on a countertop.
