Cashmere, one of the world's most desired natural fibers, provides lasting comfort while both wool types ensure warmth and durability. The cape's naturally wind-resistant tight weave and its wide overlapping front enable uninterrupted ambling during seaside gusts. Its 40" drape tapers gently at the knee, envelops the entire upper body like a blanket, and allows ease of movement for the arms without slipping off the shoulders like simpler capes. Dyed a luxurious red, it is meticulously saddle-stitched along the edge of the collar and the front; a button and loop along the neckline secures the cape.
