The Children's Personalized Travel Map

This is the map of the United States that allows children to mark the places where they've traveled, where relatives and friends live, and their favorite place. The map includes removable stickers with phrases such as "I was here", "Grandpa/Grandma lives here", and "My Favorite Place!" in four colors so four different children may choose a color for their places. The map allows notations with dry-erase markers. Showing the 48 contiguous states with insets for Hawaii and Alaska, key resources and landmarks of states (e.g. a Georgia peach and the Statue of Liberty for New York) are noted with color pictures, in addition to state capitals marked in bold. The laminated map is backed with hardboard, and framed in durable red-painted aluminum; hangs from two built-in mounting plates. Can be personalized with up to 22 characters. 26" W x 18" H x 1" D.
