This is the kit that lets a spicy food aficionado create artisanal, small-batch hot sauces at home. Flavorful sauces are concocted in less than 10 minutes using the easy-to-follow instructions. Then, after aging for a mere three days, they complement burgers, steaks, and scrambled eggs or lend Sunday morning Bloody Marys a zesty kick. Two spice mixes are included, one with deep notes of red berries and woodsmoke, and the second with fresh, bright hints of citrus and herbs. One’s own ingredients may be added for exclusive results produced under the house brand. Makes up to 16 oz. of sauce. Comes with a fine mesh strainer, stainless-steel funnel, and four reusable 4-oz. glass hot sauce bottles.
