These are the chocolate acai berry flavored vitamin bites designed to reduce stress and promote relaxation. The sweet treats contain 150 mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha. The ancient medicinal herb is believed to help reduce stress, calm the brain, and lower blood pressure and has been known to reduce cortisol levels in a controlled study. They also contain reishi mushroom extract which helps the body adapt to various types of stress. Does not contain gluten, high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or synthetic colors. Each bite contains 25 calories. Each bottle contains 30 bites.
